What are your delivery times?
For our UK, EU, and US Customers our products should arrive within 5 business days. If there are delays, we will let you know!

Do you ship internationally?
We have warehouses in the UK, EU, and US which means if you live in one of these places, your item will be sent from nearby, with no border crossing. 

Anywhere else in the world, we can ship to you at a rate of €20 - shipping will take a minimum of 10 days.

Only part of my order arrived, where’s the rest?
Sometimes we have to ship items from separate warehouses. Don’t worry, the remaining items will reach you!

How much does shipping cost?
For the UK, EU and US: 
Free shipping for orders over €85 and €6 for orders under €85 
For the Rest of World: Flat rate €15

How do I clean my Take Mondays?
For the toughest stains on your transparent pouches, we recommend using a small mixture of 1-part vinegar and 1-part water. Use a soft microfibre cloth to avoid scratches and begin spot treating on a small area before moving onto the rest. A glass/window cleaner can also be used.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
If you live inside the US, UK, or EU your item will be shipped domestically and there will be no import duties.

Anywhere else, shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order.

The item I want is sold out, what can I do?
We will restock! Just leave your email address and we will drop you a note as soon as we have more. You can also email us at info@takemonday.com with your request. (We love that you love our products and work hard to complete inventory requests based on customer feedback - just let us know!)

What is your return policy?
US Customers: We offer returns within 7 days. If there's an issue, no problem, drop us an email at info@takemonday.com. Please note: items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return. Used or soiled items will disqualify a refund or return. A flat fee of $6 will be deducted for return shipping. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

What is your exchange policy?
We currently do not offer exchanges at this time.
